Supreme Steels

420B

Product Description:

420B stainless steel is a high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel that offers a good balance of hardness, strength, and corrosion resistance. It is part of the 400 series of stainless steels, which are characterized by their ability to be hardened by heat treatment. The “B” in 420B is often used to distinguish this alloy variant, as it is designed for applications that require a combination of corrosion resistance and the ability to achieve high hardness through heat treatment.
