We are pleased to announce that our Special Steels Division based at Khopoli has received AS 9100 D certification from TUV NORD, certifying that our plant is fit for manufacturing material for aerospace application. This certification opens up huge business opportunity in the global aerospace market as well as to the civil aviation industry.   |   CA Ajay Dalmia with an experience of 29 years has been appointed as CFO of the company   |   Special Steels Division exhibits at ICAMPS 2018 between 25-27th October organized by ISRO   |   Special Steels division receives its first order for special material by Indian Air Force. Although the order size is small ,it is an important milestone for our company and also validates our certification as a approved member with IAF. This is a import substitute product and is a classic example of sucessful indigenization under Make in India program. 

About Us

Our Company, Supreme Engineering Limited (SEL), was incorporated in 1987 as Supreme Heatreaters Private Limited and is engaged in the business of manufacturing special alloys and special wire products. As one of the reliable stainless steel manufacturers, we operate two advanced manufacturing units. Unit I, the Special Steels Division located in Khopoli, focuses on producing special alloys such as superalloys, precipitation hardening steels, martensitic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, ultra-high-strength steel, and high-speed steels used across aerospace, space, defence, nuclear power, thermal power, oil & gas, and heavy engineering sectors.
Unit II, the Wire Division located in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, specializes in manufacturing wires, bright bars, fine wires, and profiles, which cater to industries such as automotive, oil & gas, industrial machinery, and hand tools. Our strong technological capabilities and sector-driven expertise make us a trusted name in the field of advanced steel and wire manufacturing.

It takes us immense pride in having developed exotic alloy steel bars indigenously; thereby making us the only manufacturer of exotic alloys steel bars in the private sector in India.

Since our products form an integral part of the critical end use equipment manufactured for defence, power and aerospace industries, it is important for us to maintain the high qualitative standards as required by these industries. The manufacturing stages of special alloys and other products are consistently and regularly supervised through various quality control equipment and qualified personnel. Each product is monitored and checked for quality right from the inception stage to the final stage of manufacturing. Both the manufacturing units have strong quality management systems certified by ISO 9001.

Our Company is promoted and managed by Mr. Sanjay Chowdhri, who is an engineer having an experience of over three (3) decades in the field of metallurgy. The management team of our Company exhibits a synergy of both, experience and enthusiasm in the field of engineering and operations.
